Responsibilties:

ADMINISTRATIVE
â?¢ Prepares and maintains the yearly operating expense budget.
â?¢ Submits the reports to management relative to mall operations.
â?¢ Plans out yearly activities for the mall.
â?¢ Oversees the development and implementation of the mall marketing program, sales analysis, corporate and merchant communication and community public relations.

TENANT AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS
â?¢ Evaluates, approves and monitors all tenants, construction, renovation and implementation of construction guidelines.
â?¢ Maintains a harmonious business relationship with tenants and ensures satisfaction through constant and proper communication and efficient delivery of basic services relative to the viability and profitability of their store operations for the mutual benefits of the tenants.
â?¢ Maintains a harmonious relationship with government agencies and the general public.

ENVIRONMENT, SAFETY AND ORDER
â?¢ Provides the standards of order, cleanliness and safety in all facilities and public areas of the mall.
â?¢ Maintains all machines, equipment, apparatus, fixtures and accessories of the mall and ensures that these are in good operating condition at all times.
â?¢ Supervises and administers all services and maintenance contract.
â?¢ Ensures adherence of all tenants to the lease contract, house rules and regulation.
â?¢ Secures and safeguards lives and properties and enforces proper vehicular and pedestrian traffic including peace and order within the entire shopping center and its perimeter.

Job Requirement:

> Candidate must be a Licensed Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineer.
> Candidate must have at least five (5) years experience in Property Management or Mall Operations.
> Must be willing to be assigned in any Megaworld Lifestyle Malls.
> Must be willing to work on shifting schedules and mall hours.
> Must be willing to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

Responsibilities:

A. Income
1. Assist in achieving Target Income
2. Assist in getting sponsors for events
3. Assist in booking events in assigned properties and areas
4. Assist in preparing and conducting sponsorship/event presentations to prospective clients
5. Assist in Preparing Completion Report for sponsors and activities

B. Events Monitoring and Coordination
1. Assist in Coordinating with other marketing team, leasing and operations to ensure smooth flow of events and activities
2. Manage inquiries and clients for all events
3. Supervise set-ups
4. Ensure that all events, exhibitors and organizers are following the company rule and guidelines

C. Documentation
1. Process Payment endorsements
2. Monitor all event performance and prepares post evaluation reports for every event
3. Prepare contracts and other documents and job orders related to events

Job Requirement:
> Must be at least 24-29 years old
> Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Communication Arts, Advertising, or any Marketing related course
